Terms of Service

These terms cover how you can use Zen Analyze. By downloading or opening the app, you're agreeing to what's written here. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Zen Analyze is built and operated by TONGUE LINK TECHNOLOGY INC.

1. Who Can Use It

You need to be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should be on board with you using the app.

2. What the App Does

Zen Analyze is a wellness tool. It gives you lifestyle insights based on image analysis and a few simple questionnaires. You get things like personalized meal suggestions, daily tips, and a general sense of how your body is doing.

But let's be clear about what it is not. It's not a substitute for seeing a doctor or any qualified professional. The app doesn't diagnose anything. It doesn't prescribe anything. Think of it as a daily check-in for your well-being — nothing more, nothing less.

3. Your Account

You'll need an account to use most features. Keep your login details safe — that's on you. If something looks off with your account, let us know right away.

We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or show signs of fraud. We'd rather not, but we will if needed.

4. Credits & Subscriptions

4.1 Credits

Some features cost credits. You get a starter batch when you sign up. After that, you can earn more through a subscription or buy them directly. Different features use different amounts.

4.2 Subscriptions

Premium plans are monthly or yearly, handled through your Apple ID. They auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

4.3 Refunds

Purchases go through the App Store, so refund requests need to go through Apple. We can't process refunds on our side.

5. Play Fair

A few ground rules:

• Don't use the app for anything illegal
• Don't try to break into our systems or other people's accounts
• Don't upload anything offensive or unrelated to what the app is for
• Don't create fake accounts to game credits or promotions
• Don't reverse-engineer or copy the app

Pretty standard stuff.

6. Ownership & Your Content

Everything in the app — the design, code, text, graphics, algorithms — belongs to us. That part is straightforward.

Photos you take through the app are yours. We use them only for the analysis you requested. They're processed under anonymous filenames and automatically deleted afterward. We don't keep copies.

7. No Guarantees

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS." We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't promise the app will always be available, error-free, or perfectly accurate. The insights it provides come from AI models — useful, but not infallible.

8. Our Liability Is Limited

TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE'RE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. If we do owe you something, it won't exceed what you've paid us over the past 12 months.

9. You Have Our Back Too

If your use of the app causes a problem — say, a legal claim against us — you agree to cover the costs and defend us. This is a standard clause, and we hope it never comes up.

10. We Can End Things

We can suspend or terminate your access if needed. If that happens, your right to use the app stops immediately. Sections of these terms that should logically survive (like liability limits) will continue to apply.

11. Governing Law

These terms follow the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes go to the courts there.

12. Changes

We may tweak these terms down the road. If the changes matter, we'll flag it in the app. Continuing to use the app after that means you're okay with the new version.
