User Agreement

This agreement spells out what you and TONGUE LINK TECHNOLOGY INC. ("we") expect from each other when you use Zen Analyze. By creating an account or using the app, you're signing on to these terms.

1. What You're Agreeing To

Using the app means you've read this agreement and you're okay with it. If something here doesn't work for you, please don't use the app.

2. What This App Is (and Isn't)

Zen Analyze is a wellness tool. It looks at your daily habits and gives you lifestyle suggestions — meal ideas, routine tips, that kind of thing.

It is not a replacement for professional advice of any kind. The results come from AI. They're meant to be helpful, but they're not definitive. If something feels off with your body, talk to a real person who's qualified to help.

3. Your Account

3.1 Setting Up

Use real information when you register. One account per person — no exceptions.

3.2 Keeping It Safe

Your password, your responsibility. If someone else gets in, tell us immediately.

3.3 Locked Profile Fields

After you confirm certain biological details (like age range and sex) a few times, those fields get locked. This keeps your analysis consistent over time. Double-check before you confirm — once locked, they can't be changed. If there's a genuine mistake, reach out to support.

4. Things You Put In

4.1 Camera Shots

When you take a photo for analysis, it gets sent to our system, processed under a random anonymous filename, and then deleted automatically. We don't store your images. We don't archive them. We don't link them to your identity. Once the analysis is done, the image is gone.

4.2 Questionnaire Answers

Your responses to the lifestyle questions are saved and tied to your account. We use them to generate your results and track trends over time.

4.3 Keep It Relevant

Don't upload anything that's offensive or unrelated to what the app is meant for.

5. Credits & Payments

5.1 Starter Credits

New users get some free credits to try things out. They may expire — the app will tell you the details.

5.2 Buying More

Credits and subscriptions are non-transferable. All purchases are final and subject to Apple's policies. Subscribers get a monthly credit top-up based on their plan.

5.3 Cancellation & Refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically through the App Store. If you want to stop, cancel at least 24 hours before your current billing period ends — otherwise Apple will charge you for the next cycle. We don't offer refunds for a billing period that's already been charged. Once you cancel, you'll still have access until that period runs out.

5.4 Promo Codes

One per account. Can't stack with other offers unless we say otherwise.

6. Your Privacy

The short version:

• Camera images are never permanently stored — processed, then purged
• Your data is protected by row-level security in the database
• We use IP-based location only (no GPS), just for weather context
• We don't sell your data. Period.
• You can delete your account and data whenever you want

7. Don't Game the System

We keep an eye out for abuse — fake accounts, promo code tricks, limit-dodging. If we catch it, we may freeze the account, pull back credits, or ban the user outright. We'd rather focus on building a good product, so please don't make us play referee.

8. Deleting Your Account

You can do it from the app's settings, or by emailing dev@zenanalyze.com. We'll wipe your personal data and analysis history. Photos aren't an issue — they were never kept in the first place.

9. Changes

We might update this agreement. If we do, you'll see a notice in the app. Keep using the app afterward, and you're accepting the new version.

10. Legal Bits

This agreement follows British Columbia law. Disputes go to BC courts.
